4. Subscription and Payments
PodBlasterAI offers various subscription tiers:

- Indie: $9.99/month
- Pro: $24.99/month
- Master: $99.99/month
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Billing Disclosure: Charges will appear on your statement as "Particular LLC d/b/a PodBlasterAI" or "PODBLASTERAI".
5. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using PodBlasterAI, including scripts, audio files, and artwork.
License to Us: You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PodBlasterAI to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Generate spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools:
- Is provided "as-is" without warranties
- Should be reviewed before publication
- May require editing for accuracy
- Is your responsibility once downloaded
